Key Terms & Conditions

  • All our products purchased from November 2018 are covered by our 5 year manufacturer warranty.

  • Our warranty covers normal usage of the product. It will be void if there is

    • Unlicensed modifications done on the unit.

    • Damage due to user negligence

    • Improper operating conditions outside the defined specifications in the data sheet.

"How do I claim the warranty?"
