At Amplified Engineering, we stand behind the quality of our industrial IoT gateway hardware. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window
As our commitment to ensure your solution works with our products, we do not hold the typical 30 days return window for full refunds or exchanges. However products need to be within the eligibility requirements.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must:

Come back to us in a good, usable & undamaged condition with all original packaging, accessories, cables, documentation, and materials.

Include the original serial number labels intact and unaltered.

Not have been customized, configured, or modified beyond initial testing.

Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-configured or specially ordered gateway hardware.

Products with damaged, removed, or altered serial numbers.
-
Items showing evidence of field deployment.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at sales@amplified.com.au.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all included materials.

Ship the item(s) to the address provided.
Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).

Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Risk of Loss: You are responsible for the product until it reaches our facility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Rejected Returns: If items don't meet return eligibility requirements, they will be returned to you at your expense.

Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned without original packaging or with signs of use.

Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Restocking Fee: There is typically no restocking fee. However Amplified Engineering still reserves the ability to charge a fee based on the assesment of atypical cases.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product or equivalent model. To exchange an item, follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange. Once your return is approved, we'll ship the replacement item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Contact us immediately upon delivery.

We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Defective items may be replaced or refunded at your choice.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
